Product Description

The working way of PU/PVC coating line is to coat PU or PVC resin on release paper by coating blader or roller, which forms continuous and uniform coating layer after drying in the oven. Afterward, the coating layer will be coated adhesive, and laminated with backing fabric or PU base. After drying or solidifying, it will be splitted from the release paper and transferred to the backing fabric or PU base. If the release paper has design (texture), then the surface of the finished synthetic leather has design as well. PU/PVC resin for coating, release paper and backing fabric (or PU base) are the 3 main raw materials for coating line.

Main Structure

The main structure of coating line consists of unwinder of release paper, edge-guidance device, paper-jointing device, accumulator, coating machines, ovens, laminators, cooling cylinders, winders (for release paper and finished product).
